The positives: lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Beds were comfy. Hearing and cooling great. Shower head was awesome although hard to get the temperature right. I hear the restaurant is good. The negatives: sorry I know you said your going to renovate but it should be much better than this full stop. The whole room needs a good clean. The toilet, basin, towels and bedding was clean however there was grime build up along tiles, flooring and mould in shower. Shower could use a good scrub. The curtains and doors are filthy. Very poor lighting with all but one lamp working. Asked to have them fixed but it didn’t happen. Really I was disappointed with the room and the facilities. Being first week of school holidays the pool was closed being cleaned. It is tiny. Should have been ready! Paying $188 per night for multiple nights without access to full amenities is a bit rich. Paid $200 in Mildura for a beautiful room at a motel with all amenities available. Parking was bad. Not enough spaces per rooms & if you have a medium to large car then it was a squeeze. Tv in our room played up lots and is tiny. They offered to replace it but didn’t. Internet not great. So sorry as I hate leaving bad reviews. I did ask politely but u fortunately didn’t express my views directly. The road noise is excessive being on the corner of 2 main roads (hwy) but it’s exacerbated by the servo next door.

The location is good, just on the main street. The rooms are large, but the facilities are a bit old. The parking space of some rooms is not close to the door of the room, but it is not a big problem. Checkin and checkout are very convenient.

SO wonderful to deal with! Staff are extremely friendly and can not do enough for you. Beautiful, Comfortable rooms that are so inviting and clean. The Motel is in a perfect spot! Thanks again for always looking after us!

Peaceful van Park on the eastern end of town with ok facilities. Stayed in a basic cabin which was equipped with master bed, electric stove top, air con and ensuite bathroom. Car space next to doorway. Late arrivals can collect key in envelope left next to reception. Quite good overall, but stovetop takes a while to heat if boiling or frying. $90 tariff makes the Outback caravan park a value option in Broken Hill

Arrived at 830pm, Staff accommodated to our late arrival. Very helpful staff, pointed us in the direction of some Restaurants for dinner. Upon entering the room, smelt lovely, very clean and tidy, quite a large Family room. Worth every cent. Parking on site and not too far from city centre. Definitely recommend to anyone travelling through Broken Hill!
