I am a Wyndham Owner and prefer the Brand is why I booked. The room and facility were clean. The Staff were working each time I observed them. No complaints. The Staff interactions were exemplary at every turn. No complaints. The Staff were the STARS of this stay! There was noise around the property, and I didn't feel safe. There is a Lounge business opposite the property and a Gogo bar across the street. The television in my room was dark. I couldn't adjust the screen to lighten it to watch so I just turned it off. The heater/AC unit was loud as outside I couldn't sleep because of it when shutting on and off, but it worked efficiently. I was in a non-smoking room, but I smelled **** on my floor and prayed my room wasn't perceived as the offending room! Inconveniently, there was not an ice machine on my floor, so I had to return to the first floor where I had just checked in. Lastly, the breakfast was useless. Why bother with the offering? My stay was horrible, and I thank God my car was untouched. Just not a good stay. I expected more from Wyndham. I won't stay at this location again.
