Pacific Sunset Inn

Nice enough room. no heater in the bathroom. no coffee maker. receptacle in bathroom wouldn't hold a plug for hairdryer. had to hold it in. light switch in bathroom was loose

This was a cute place to stay! It is a little dated, but it adds to the charm. The room was clean and we were a short drive to several restaurants and shops. I would only like to recommend that they put a small coffee maker in the rooms and maybe update the heating system (it's a wall radiator)

Cute older motel. They have tried to keep it up but it is just an older motel. Cheaper furniture but the bed was comfortable. Sheets were poor quality and rough feeling. Owners were very nice but the office was smelly. They allow dogs but there is no place to take them to go potty.

Ever walk into a place and get the ICK? Check in was easy and there was a very cute cat in the office, but when we entered the hotel room we immediately began to look for other accomodations. It gave very creepy vibes all over. We left promptly to stay at the beachfront inn down the way. Take my advice and don't do it.

This motel is older, but it is well taken care of. It served our basic needs. As far as budget friendly, you pay about half of what you might pay at like bigger chains such as best western. Theres no frills, but the shower was hot and consistant , the bed was comfortable, it had covered parking, and right in front of your room. The heating was adequate, and the host/ owner was very nice and shared her knowledge of the town and beaches and local restaurants. You could tell she takes pride in ownership. I would definitely stay again if in the brookings area. And thankyou for keeping the prices low, so us budget friendly travelers can still aford to go and enjoy our beautiful trip.

The door doesn’t lock. Knob is about to fall off and we found door ajar after returning from an outing

Very run down property. TV didn’t work, no coffee maker, no heater that worked in the bathroom. Was happy to leave.

The rooms were old and definitely need upgrading but they were exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and it was peaceful. A coffee pot would be nice. For convenience there is an excellent restaurant and bar right next door. I would stay here again.

Loved the retro fridge. Covered parking. Typical roadside motel, but this one was great for us!
