The hotel room was dirty, dust was all over the tray where the coffee machine located.
Dirt can be seen on the sofa with disgusting smell.
The weather suddenly dropped to ~50s during our stay, and we were expecting the hotel would be warm, however, the temperature unit in the room did not work and it can only blow out cold air. We could not sleep at night because it was too cold.
We called the front desk at 11:30pm to ask if we can switch to another room, however, the staff asked us to wait since she is very busy. We waited for a while and decided to talk to them in person. When we arrived at the lobby, the staff from the front desk kept on saying she was busy but there were no other guests in the lobby at the moment. She asked us to wait in our room or find them again the next morning, which is ridiculous.
After some time, another staff came by our room to check on the heat and told us that the engineer has changed the setting that's why it's not working properly. However, the engineer has got off from work and no one in the hotel knows how to fix it. He then reported to the front desk and finally after some time, we were told that we can switch to another room.
The staff were unwilling to help and unfriendly, and I certainly will not stay in this hotel again.
