Booking this property was easy so that was good but upon arrival it was very very busy and the check-in process took almost 40 minutes because of the valet and parking and the fact that valet was the only half to park in the front counter person was only one person so we had to wait quite long. And there were no cards we had to ask for a card they provided us one we finally parked the car with ballet and went into a room. Our room had a big crack in the ceiling and the oven didn't work and there was a bug in our room. It was not the quietest because of the room next to us kept playing really really loud music so that was a little challenging to get peaceful relaxation. The balcony furniture was completely torn apart and definitely needed to be replaced. The TV was not working we had to call maintenance but they were not available at the time we checked in so we had to wait the next day to watch some TV. So we weren't able to make dinner how we would like. Upon checking out we asked to use the same cart and the front lady had the most horrible attitude and she said that we needed our ID I didn't have the ID I did have my wristband from the room she said she couldn't help me and she got very nasty with me and stormed out and asked one of the guys at valet to help me and he grabbed the card for me and I told him I didn't need his help I just need the cart and he stated I didn't need an ID and I just grabbed the card and went upstairs and we checked out. The weather wasn't the best the hot tub wasn't working. Definitely not worth the money we didn't have the best experience here.

Property was great. Only issue was long lines for elevator. One elevator broken for years we were told and it doesn’t seem like it’s going to get fixed any time soon.

The hot tube was not working and the elevator service is terrible had to 15-20 min each time to get an elevator was terrible not impressed at all

One of the most horrible check ins of my life. 90 minutes, then told our room still not ready until 6:30pm. Place was not designed as a hotel-elevators a nightmare. Food outrageously expensive. Tiny sign designates hotel guest/owners. Furious people everywhere. Overwhelmed employees either teary or angry. DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was anticeptic but spectacular view.

Very rude front desk staff. If you lose the magnet key they charge you $20. If you call them to refresh your room, they charge you $60. They don’t change the towels unless you ask for it. When we checked into our room, we found bunch of dirty towels there. When I called them to pick the dirty towels up, they didn’t even apologize for not cleaning the room properly. Never coming back to this hotel. Very horrible experience.

Overall a nice looking property and has clean rooms and since it is a new property everything inside looks great. I liked their pool area - it was nicely designed. Lots of security as well so you can feel safe. It is right on the beach and you can walk miles around there and find a secluded spot for yourself. What I did not like is the following: 1) In Ocean View rooms - you do get ocen view. But if you get out on the balcony instead of hearing the waves you will hear trucks passing by. There are 3 lanes going each way and the noise will get to you. 2) In mid December they are doing reconstruction of the beach at Hallandale. If you think the resort fee will get you some beach chair - think again. 3) This may affect only a small percentage of people - I am allergic to down and feathers. They were unable to give me a feather free pillow and explained that they are not a full resort and housekeeping cannot have such things. 4) This will likely not happen to you but they lost my ******* reservation and I had to spend 40 mins at the front desk so they enter manually the reservation. I was fortunate they did have 1 room for me. 5) Last thing when you go to the pool area you can still hear some traffic noise but it is very minor compared to the rooms. They also play relaxing music so it cancels out.

Front desk personnel could be more professional and the elevator experience is horrible

Bed sheets were dirty and had blood on them. Towels were dirty,i wanted a refund or exchange room and i got none of it,i have pictures also
