Girard at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing with one of the best views of the canal we could have hoped for!  Location was perfect.  Highly recommended!  Breakfast was very good and worth getting. Hard to find breakfast before 11 anywhere else.

The worst hotel in Europe . The management has no dignity and no honesty, and absolutely unprofessional. We've lost over £300.00 because their error with booking or they were overbooked and decided to sell it for more. I have travelled around the world for over 40byears and never had such horrible experience and such arrogant and impudent communication with any hotel. Beware of this hotel , you can be ripped off.

Lutgart could not be more helpful or more capable it was a delightful and easy stay in a comfortable bed with a good hot shower.. parking worked out very well Brugges as lovely as ever

The room is spacious. But there is no view from the window, which is disappointing. Otherwise this hotel is fine.

What an amazing little hotel! Perfect location right in the middle of everything. We booked the budget canal room and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed people watching (the bridge) and the sparkly water reflecting from the lights. Really clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here!!

A good hotel to explore the city. There are two parking lots with a good price nearby. Friendly staff, beautiful views from the window.

We stayed there for one night. The location is amazing and just at the heart of the center. We had to leave in the very early morning and they accepted to serve us the breakfast thank you the kitchen lady. Highly recommended this hotel if you will come. Our hotel view was the lake this experience was also unforgettable! Thank you..

Amazing service, arrived late due to tunnel delays and they were very helpful throughout the process. Every time we called or emailed they were very quick with a response. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast is good but not amazing but definitely worth the money. The location is fantastic, breakfast was overlooking the canal.
