Hotel in great location, 10 minutes away from Xmas markets and canals.
Man on reception was very helpful and he seemed to be doing cleaning and breakfast.
Only issue was with a cot which was requested on booking and after ringing and emailing (and then being told email on website is no use)
we still didn''t have a cot on arrival. Man on reception brought one but it was absolutely filthy with brown stains all over. There was no way my daughter in law was going to let our 11 month old grandson sleep in it, so they had to let him sleep in the bed with them.
Suggest they purchase a new one or stop advertising a cot is available.😒

I stayed there for new year night and it was amazing choice. Close to all tourist destinations, close to the station and great view.
Breakfast was good quality, room was clean and big enough

there is no one at the desk. we came back early one night to find our room key didn’t work. luckily an assistant manager was local and resolved the problem for our 5 rooms. but what would have happened had it been 2 A.M. Also they were suppose to get credit card info at checkout. Again, no one at the desk. I reserved 4 rooms on my card but i’m not paying for them if they are not there to run their business.

Fantastic stay in a great location. Next to a multi storey car park 5 mins to main square 17 rooms available Clean Spacious rooms Great breakfast Tv in rooms Friendly staff Desk in room Air conditioning Would return for Christmas markets again. Thoroughly recommend.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I had experienced that room key didn't work and locked out in the evening (actually 4pm). As this hotel is only staffed during very limited hours, I tried to call to the hotel administration, but phone was almost disconnected. Finally, I was unable to contact them that day. That was extremely terrible. Please avoid staying here if possible. It is disqualifying for a hotel to be completely unreachable, even at 4pm. Terribly, the key issue had happened twice. Hotel administrators must thank me for not breaking down the door.

Excellent location I park my car in the huge underground parking with paid €15.8 for 24 hours. I booked two city view rooms both are clean and nice viewing. But one room drainage is very bad. Another problem is one room got a bath shampoo but another one room not. Seems room quality is variable.

Odd little hotel. Convenient to many eateries. It was clean but spare. The lighting was dim, and the plug sockets were inconvenient, but it was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and a value in Bruges. AC worked well.

Don’t stay here if you need to sleep. Noisy all night long. Uncomfortable beds and no access to water or any facilities. Reception not manned and little assistance offered. Located in a reasonable position and breakfast was ok. Would not recommend this property as there are many to choose from.
