Beautiful room with absence of the basics. Design is high end Standard facilities are missing Hospitality: poor enthusiasm/ cold host No airco… boiling hot room 27,5 at night. Not even a bottle of water besides tap water No coffee machine no tea and no breakfast offer Low water pressure in the shower Towels ruined with bleach stains A fridge/hair dryer would be practical High end Aesop products Great location Beautiful design- technical parts unfinished Restaurant is a must eat.

Teddy Picker hotel is located on a lovely street with low traffic, right in the centre of Brussels without feeling like it. Would recommend for those looking for something else than a traditional hotel stay, the rooms were conceived with an eye for design and architecture. concrete walls, hardwood floors, sleek aluminium shelving and access to a beautiful terrace filled with plants.

Merci pour l'acceuil, nous sommes restés quelques jours entre autres pour travailler, endroit super bien isolé du bruit, je reviendrai sûrment de passage à Bruxelles! PS: ce qui nous a particulièrement plus en la déco et une soirée dans leur restaurant pop-up, super intimiste dans leur loft!

Réservation plusieurs mois avant le confinement de printemps 2020, évidemment à cause du COVID nous n'avons pu nous rendre et avons donc demander un remboursement ou au moins un arrangement à l'amiable, sachant que c'est une période difficile pour l'hôtellerie restauration partout dans le monde. Mais nous n'avons eu AUCUNE réponse de la part du propriétaire malgré plusieurs mails / messages facebook et SMS. Je laisse donc un avis extrêmement négatif alors que ce logement nous paraissait idéal en attendant une réponse de la part du propriétaire. EDIT : Après mise en contact avec le gérant, une solution est en train d'être trouvée. Je rehausse donc mon niveau de satisfaction jusqu'à l'arrangement final. ÉDIT : Février 2023 et toujours aucun arrangement n’a été trouvé.
