The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming; I arrived jet-lagged and several hours early for check-in and without batting an eye, they went over and above to get my my room within an hour. Plus, they make one heck of a great flat white. Coffee and breakfast was great.

Good breakfast like mentioned by others. But not exceptional. Basic rooms with basic amenities but great staff Feels like an updated YMCA or a dorm room

Oh, what a lovely little gem this hotel is! Tucked away in a peaceful corner of bustling Brussels, Belgium, it’s just perfect – close enough to the city center to be convenient, yet blissfully quiet and cozy. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, which made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is wonderful too, with some truly excellent restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed trying authentic Belgian dishes – and those mussels from the restaurant right across the street! We’re still thinking about how delicious they were! A little bonus: there’s a charming café right downstairs. During our two-night stay, we stayed in two rooms – Room 27 and Room 22. While Room 27 faces a beautiful little square (so pretty!), we personally preferred Room 22. It’s more spacious and has a regular layout, whereas Room 27 felt a bit tight after we put our two large suitcases in – though still perfectly nice overall! One thoughtful touch we really loved: the hotel placed complimentary disposable slippers and razors in the stairwell corner. It’s so smart – guests can take what they need while reducing waste. Such a practical and eco-friendly idea, and we truly appreciate it! All in all, this cozy spot gave us such a warm, relaxed Brussels experience. We’d happily stay again!

Very good hotel in Brussels for a short city break. Good communication as our Eurostar was delayed and we arrived 3 hours later than expected- the staff were accommodating,friendly and responsive to this. Thank you.
