Pullman Brussels Centre Midi

The location of this hotel is perfect as it is right next to the Brussels midi train station. Amenities are clean and well organized. There is a sauna spa and gym facilities on site. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Perfect location, great for solo and family travelers! The room we stayed in was very spacious and could fit two big luggage and a small carry on. Staff are friendly and definitely would like to stay again!

the location is right connected to brussels midi and super good for late night or morning train arrivals. there’s also a convenient store nearby with a friendly man. only con would be that our TV wasn’t working on the first night and we’ve informed them. they told us the technician will fix it the next afternoon and we reminded them before leaving the hotel but seems like they forgot about it 🫠 survived 2 nights without TV. everything else was great as expected of pullman.

TLDR: Poorly staffed hotel albeit a great location Room was left half cleaned (towel not changed, even with a sponge left in the toilet) . Hotel location is great accessible through the train station itself at Exit 2. But the room was extremely warm. Front desk did not pick up the call from the room so had to go down multiple times to try to get the room to be colder. In the end, staff only could say they will send someone up but never did. Only people that work the night shift are the front desk staff so they are understandably busy. Regrettable that this experience did not match the standard of Pullman at other countries as well as the price of the room. Would not really recommend this hotel unless location is a high priority.

Definitely one of the best hotels that I've stayed in around Europe. The rooms are very clean and big. The staff are friendly and totally amazing. Location is right beside the train and metro so you do not even need to walk out of the hotel to get there. It's linked.

Happy with the location, accessibility, and courteous front desk staff, however, the nearby area is not too great. But if you are travelling via Eurostar to Brussels then location is perfect. I am not too happy with the cleanliness of the room as there was dust on the floor, carpet is not clean either, and a one of the linen is soiled. Washroom was clean and spacious.
