Be warned: you *must* check in online and pay the city tax *before* arrival to receive your access code. Otherwise, you'll face significant inconvenience. This system could be particularly cumbersome for travelers not accustomed to such self-service accommodations. The room is compact, but it's very well-equipped with all essentials. The location, however, is absolutely fantastic!

A strong warning regarding Trip.com! Heads up, everyone: this hotel has changed its name to Numa. It's a fully automated hotel with no front desk or on-site staff. You must check in online prior to arrival. If you're planning to book, it's highly advisable to complete this process while you're still in China. I wasn't aware of the name change, so I mistakenly thought the email from Numa was spam. When I arrived and then tried to check in online, it led to numerous problems. With no staff around, I felt completely stranded and had absolutely no one to turn to. (For example, my Chinese mobile number couldn't receive verification codes here, which compounded the issue significantly.) Overall, the hotel itself is quite good, and the location is fantastic. However, the information listed on Trip.com is inconsistent and outdated. Please proceed with caution.

Really good location! And staffs are so friendly&kind&helpful! Room was cozy and clean but little bit noisy. I could hear every sound next room^^ but not a big deal Free coffee bar was so good&convenient Hot water is also provided 24hours. I will stay this hotel again when i come back brussels!
