Really nice Hotel with very professional staff. The only staff which did from my point of view not fulfill the 5 star requirements were the people standing in the lobby to carry your luggage. When we walked past and saying something like good morning or good evening we barely got a reply. We particularly enjoyed the outstanding breakfast which was the best we had since covid.

We thought our stay at the hotel was close to excellent. Our only issue was that housekeeping did not refill the coffee station everyday. We were missing coffee some days and creamer on others. As Americans, we would have loved an ice machine but understand that that is not as important to Europeans. The location was great and in a nice area. Staff was helpful.

Beautiful public areas and great location for shopping and sightseeing. Train and train station nearby. Excellent choice for breakfast and the bar ambience and service are excellent. It would be nice if guests could have complimentary access to the pool.

The hotel rooms were extremely outdated with a dirty carpet from another era. Staff at check out were extremely rude. They charge euro12 to lend you an adaptor and charged me euro9.00 for a local landline call and we’re clicking everywhere in the world is the same😳
