Definitely not 5* standard. Pretty old. Beds were small and creaky. Bathroom door needs a repaint. Breakfast was decent but could do with salads/vegetables.

Hotel is very nice and spacious. Stuff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast is good. The restaurant has outstanding cuisine. Gym is very small as usual for the hotels. Rooms are good, well equipped and spacious.

Great location, situated in the shopping neighbourhood with a number of luxury brands and famous chocolatier and only take 15-20 minutes to the Grand Place by walk. Right next to metro station and tram station, perfect for travellers who want to wander around in the city and go to the train station. The services are great, the staff are friendly with lots of personal touch. Responsive all the times and sent what I asked for in a short while. The room is spacious and clean, but the mattress is a bit too soft to me (it’s quite personal anyways). Overall it’s a great value for money choice at this price.

This hotel located in a very centralised location, easy  access to all the public transportation, tourist attractions and also nice shopping places, all the luxury brands are within walking distance.  Hotel is clean and comfortable, staffs are friendly. The restaurant has nice food too.

Nice location. We had some issues at check-in regarding the cleanliness of the room, as it hadn’t been properly cleaned. However, the management addressed the matter professionally, and the rest of the experience was good.

The location is nice there’s a department store nearby and many choice of restaurants. The room size is good and staff are nice.
