The location seems a bit unsafe at night. If you need to store your luggage after your check out, the reception will not giving you a number for the luggage. They just put everyone’s luggage together in the room. So when people go back to collect luggage they might also take yours by mistake. It’s kind of insecure.

no hot water, no glass cup provided. the telephone at a room does NOT note or remind guest of the reception phone number so that guest cannot call instead going down to the reception to ask any service. internet/wifi speed was slow and often dropped off which disturbed a conference call on line at room

The hotel is located next to the train station. I have stayed here many times and it’s always convenient. The room is quite spacious. However, it is weird that the receptionist and the bar prefer to pay in place instead of charging to the room.

The most outstanding feature of the hotel is its location directly opposite the Midi train station. On the day of departure, although the room must be vacated as usual in the morning, you can leave the luggage in extra rooms and use the day unencumbered until shortly before the departure of the train. Also, the general facilities of the hotel can still be used.
In addition to cabs, public transport connections are perfect. Otherwise, the immediate surroundings of the hotel very urban, not very attractive and inviting. But this is similar in other cities near the train station and expected. The hotel makes the best of it.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room (standard class) was very spacious and had plenty of outlets for electronic equipment. Everything was clean and neatly maintained. The breakfast (extensive buffet) rich and good quality.
