Worst accommodation stay I have ever had!
We checked in on Friday afternoon and when going to shower there was no water pressure at all. Contacted the property and they said they would have maintenue look at it. This didn’t happen until Saturday morning, however he was unable to fix it and said a technician needed to be called. Technician never came and the property said they would not be able to have someone look at it until Monday. Expecting us to go 3 days without a shower! Something we could not accept and checked out immediately.
Elevator light not working, so in the elevator in total darkness, tv not working, broken furniture in the terrace. We then read other reviews about the property posted months ago, complaining about the same issues. Therefore it is evident the property really does not care about its guests satisfaction and is just happy to falsely advertise and take guests money with no efforts to fix the multiple issues of their apartments.
A really disappointing experience and I will never stay with Smartflats again. It is a real pity as the apartments are in a great location, however management just don’t invest in maintaining their properties and really don’t care on the product they actually provide.
If you are looking for comfortable accommodation, I would recommend to look elsewhere.

They did not maintain it. They did not even have an elevator to the 4th floor, and the room smelled bad.

Nice flat let down by the external facilities
Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare.

5th floor, no working elevator; TV didn't work; no bedsheets on one of the beds, it took for the staff one day to bring them. Apartment in iverall bad condition.

Big difference between de web site to the real apartment, also they demand a credit card outside the ******* platform, don’t give the complete conditions about the lodging, everything is online, in the place, doesn’t work the elevador, don’t have WiFi password you need tu request!! By the way The apartment I booked is not the same as the one they gave me, they are deceptive in the photos.

Huge 2 bedroom apartment in a great location, could do with a bit of TLC but it was clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay.
Had everything we needed, but could have done with more towels. WiFi was slow but it did work.

Property was hard to access and dirty in areas and the toilet wouldn't work and various things were broken. However the apartment was extremely spacious and beautiful living space with everything I could possibly need. I would stay again but wouldn't bring a large group.

6th for first work no working lift and this seems longstanding. This limited how many times we would return to the flat. Location itself was very convenient. Cleanliness was average in the flat but staircase was awful. Shower had good temperature but the temp controls are for demo only and don’t work (at least not fixed on cold water).

Lift was broken through out my stay and I had to climb six floors to my apartment each day. Asked the property when the lift would be fixed and the response was very very delayed. Beautiful flat and location but the non functioning lift was too much of an inconvenience
