The location is amazing however the flat itself could do with a bit of extra love. We found a mouse trap and the cutlery/kitchen utensils hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived. The photos are misleading.

I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that the showers were not clean, so we decided not to use them. Fortunately, we had taken a shower just before arriving at your property. However, at our next hotel, we had to pay for an early check-in in order to be able to shower again, which was an unexpected and additional cost. I am also attaching a few photos that reflect the condition of the apartment during our stay: – Dirty bed linens – A stained and unclean sofa bed – Cobwebs in several corners – A mousetrap under the furniture, which raised concerns about possible rodent issues. Unfortunately, we were not able to sleep well during the two nights we spent there, and we felt the apartment did not match the appearance shown in the listing photos. I kindly suggest updating the photos on your listing to reflect the current condition of the property more accurately. Guests often make their booking decisions based on these images, and it’s important they represent the reality. There were also other details that would be too long to list, but I hope this message helps highlight some key areas for improvement. Boulevard Adolphe Max 125, Brussels, 1000 Belgium APPART N.Y. DUPLEX 4A Room: We found a dead rat under the living room table, that was stinking the place. The Sofa had small bugs/ Bed bugs - They had insect spray hidden behind the TV. There was an unflushed toilet bowl at the guest toilet. Very dusty bed sheets. Random dirty plastic back under the living room sofa. This was on the last floor, The rooms had no door locks, and it was difficult for toilet privacy. The location: surrounded by adult shops, at the back of the building had a mall which was nice. Walkable to the city. The Service: There was only one person to help us with the luggage's till the top floor. Service needs to mention "there is no elevator, hence it will be difficult to accommodate till the top floors with a lot of luggages" Price: Expensive for a poorly maintained room.

I found the hostess was not very helpful.

Great hosts The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. Great communication. Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most things. There was a fan to keep us cool and we felt very safe.

You could not pay me to stay here again You could not pay me to stay here again! The staff were rude badgered us for an exact ETA to the minute as there was no reception despite it saying there was . We gave an ETA then they said they were running late . Had to walk up over 10 sets of stairs with cases and little kids NO LIFT. The. When we got up there we were soooo disappointed looks nothing like any pics posted on here . Dirty , falling apart old and tired . The pillows were gross there were stains on the sheets . Blinds didnt work right .The noise of the sheet was late at night fighting outiside and alot of homeless people in the walk way to the building. The bathroom was a tiny cupboard everything touched couldnt open the shower door .
