we had 4 issues 1) hot water was not coming in the bathroom 2) toilet flush was not working 3) wi if was not working 4) no lights at stairs 5) customer service was not responsive. After a day they responded but did not action any of the issues above Not having hot water was a health concern and not having lights at stairs was a security and physical hazard/injury issue. Overall extremely poor experience.

Horrible stay!!!!!!Only had cold water for showers, noise all night from other apts, , lights didn’t work in one bedroom .Awful customer service, cracks in windows, lumps missing in doors and walls.

Realmente fue una experiencia nefasta, de película de terror. Parece asombroso que se permita publicar en su web este tipo de establecimiento tan descuidado, sin agua caliente. No nos dieron ninguna solución durante 24 horas, hasta que conseguimos huir a otro apartamento. Estaba muy sucio, colchones abollados, paredes sucias, puerta de entrada rota, nevera en malas condiciones, sin cortinas en la ducha, el grifo roto. Una verdadera vergüenza y tomadura de pelo.
