The hotel lobby looks absolutely incredible! I was very excited about my stay. It is pure elegance and beauty. Same for the breakfast room, which the options there were fantastic. Glasses for juice and water were extremely small though.  However, the room left me feeling a bit disappointed, especially as this is supposed to be FOUR stars. Firstly when checking in, no one showed me to my room (this is usually a standard for 4 and 5 star hotels). Bathroom toiletries were poor, they are the cheap attached refillables that you usually find in 3 stars or less. No vanity kits, no cotton buds, pads or even a small bar of soap… Then there's the tea and coffee facilities... PAPER CUPS with very cheap kettle, found that appalling, I even requested to have real cups… BUT to have someone to bring them to my room would cost me €6??? So I had to go down from the 5th floor and collect them myself… what is the point in having room service if you have to pay for a person for doing their job. The mini bar was also empty, meaning if you wanted anything, you had to ask… however surely that would lead to more extra charges for someone to bring it for you? Very odd. I have spent a lot of time in 4 and 5 star hotels and never encountered any of this. It's more like a 2/3 star at best. Positives I'd say the bed was very comfortable, tv channel selections are good (perfect for anyone who has kids) and location is amazing, slap bang and only 10/15 min walk away from the Grand Place.  The chair near the tv however needs replacing, as when I went to grab it, splinter into my thumb…  Anyway, compared to where I have stayed, value for money was ok for me as I booked in advance plus during a sale, however, there's no way I'd pay RRP for this. The name if hotel and lobby are misleading, also, 4pm check in time is the latest I've encountered too, usually most places offer 1-2pm!  Anyway, this is suitable for people who like a comfy bed and good location, but if you're expecting full value for money, you won't get it sadly. It's somewhere I won't stay again, I usually take photos of the room… but didn't feel like they were worth it.

The hotel is very beautiful, not the best experience however. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially the female manager, was not accommodating. I expected friendlier and more respectful attention from a hotel of this caliber. Both the morning and evening receptionists were quite intransigent. The room I booked was not what I requested, apparently due to availability issues. I had to ask them to push the twin beds together to make one, which took a while to accomplish. They only followed this request because my booking agency intervened and spoke to management; otherwise, it would have been impossible. The next day, I requested a late checkout but was told "no." The woman at the front desk argued that it was the busy weekend and tha my reasons were insufficient, claiming that since they had already fixed my room the day before (or that I could have just slept on the original setup), they wouldn't bend the rules. This dismissive narrative made my stay even more unpleasant! You urgently need to train your personnel to improve their customer service skills.

Everything was good but the check in time is a bit late(16:00), but they checked us in at 15:00. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. Had luggage storage which was really helpful. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room.

Quite comfortable and clean, a bit old styled furnish; nice location, not in middle of hustle and bustle but close to centre within walking distance

This is a classic 'old money' style hotel. The decor is opulent and elegant, exuding a refined luxury. While it shows its age a bit, the subtle details still hint at its past grandeur. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the city center's pedestrian street, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel is really old... Don't let the five-star rating fool you, it feels more like a three-star. The elevator is incredibly slow, from 1999! The furniture in the room is also very dated. The front desk sells bottled water in glass bottles for 8 euros a pop – ridiculous. As our Belgian client told us, the hotel's location is right between a safe area and an unsafe one. It's close to the light rail, but there's no elevator from the light rail station to the street level, which is quite annoying. Walking to the city center is fairly convenient though. For the price, it offers good value for money; other hotels in the same area are more expensive.

This is an older hotel with a rich sense of history. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, and the Grand Place is also within walking distance. Our room had a street view. Brussels was our last stop in Europe, and generally, European hotel rooms tend to be small, but this hotel's room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. The slippers were very comfortable. We had an early flight, so we didn't get to try the hotel breakfast.

The hotel is very upscale with large rooms and bathrooms. The location is good and the decor is opulent. However, check-in isn't until 4 PM, but the front desk staff was nice.

Le Plaza Brussels is a gorgeous, old‑school Art Deco hotel with big rooms, great cleanliness, and genuinely warm service. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The only downside was that the WiFi/TV connection in our room didn’t work, and even after asking a few times it wasn’t fixed. Still, overall a stylish and comfortable stay.
