Very nice room, excellent location right next to the station. Great value for money, very comfortable stay, and good service. There was no air conditioning, but it wasn't too hot during my stay, so it wasn't a problem.

Traveling solo, I wanted a well-located and affordable place. Hotels in Brussels generally aren't cheap. This one is a 10-minute walk from the North Station. Avoid the Google Maps recommended park path if you have luggage, it's not very easy to navigate. It's right next to a police station, has a large supermarket behind it, and across the street, there's a restaurant with great, affordable burgers. No AC, but it wasn't hot and there's a fan. I stayed here both coming and going. The train station has a metro that connects you easily to anywhere in the city. Check-in requires scanning a QR code, which wasn't difficult. This area is considered relatively safe, and there are buses nearby that go to various tourist destinations, which is very convenient.

Absolutely terrible. The bathroom was disgusting. There was heavy rust build-up in the gaps of the shower glass, and the shower hose was leaking. Hot water supply was insufficient; the water pressure dropped significantly as soon as I turned on the hot water. The blankets were covered in dust. The room wasn't soundproof, and there was no air conditioning. I almost gave it one star, but they did store my luggage for me, so I'm adding an extra star for that service, making it two stars.

The sanitary facilities were terrible. I stayed for 2 days, and on the first day, the sink drain was blocked. I reported it to the front desk, but no one came to fix it even by the time I checked out. It was really bad. Also, the room wasn't cleaned for both days. I hope no one else has to stay here.
