Pro: close to the EU institutions, 2 min walking distance. Big room. Cons: it's not soundproofed. You can hear everything from the street and from the outside. The room didn't feel very clean, it was clean, but not at a 4-star level clean. No room-service. The front desk staff was not in a good mood, they were cold and unhelpful. Would not recommend it.

This hotel has seen better times. The bathroom was particularly old and uncomfortable.
The lifts were really slow and a bit scary.
Breakfast was not great either.
Definitely, it does not look like a 4 star hotel.
Location is good and convenient.

For the price, I expected a superb experience. The rate price/performance was not up to my expectations.

Like: the space in the room, the AC, the well-functioning kitchen, the location (good neighbourhood, close to metro, parcs), friendly staff, luxury entrance
Dislike: the shower had way too much power, so we had some trouble showering and the tap water was not good quality.

A very large but aged room that needs refurbishment. There are 5-6 wardrobes, a kitchenette in the room as well. Next to the EU buildings, nice dining options and a couple of parks around. Metro, train and bus connections are nearby.

We have stayed at least 3 times in this hotel in the past. It is not a luxurious hotel but it is comfortable. The reception is polite and eager to help. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is also spacious. The towels are changed every day and the breakfast is EXCELLENT. Choose rooms with garden view, they are more quiet and the garden is very good. The street in front has some noise because of the bars nearby. Anyway the rooms and the furniture need refurbishment as well as the elevators.
