During my first visit to Brussels, I stayed at Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie for nearly a week, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, the housekeeping was impeccable, and the hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Additionally, the hotel’s location was perfect—just a short walk from everything. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for 4 nights. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable for our family of 3 Air conditioning is pretty good. As you know, some hotels in Europe are not cold enough. Although the hotel location is not near the tourist attractions (it needs to take tram / bus / metro for 10 minutes plus 7 minutes walk.), it is high cp value in terms of service, room size, etc. Also the area is quiet and safe. Regarding the house-keeping, it forgets to replenish the bath gel and it missed the conditioner on the 1st day. We phoned to request and they deliver right away. Actually, we are quite happy to stay there.

高高興興的來到比利時參加盛大的Tomorrowland音樂節第一週！太不可思議的事情發生在最後一天退房的時候！在酒店大堂拿行李起身沒有十秒鐘時間雙肩包以及大家所有人的護照、錢財、物品全被偷了！！！酒店的安保沒有！這竟然發生在酒店大堂！也太不安全了！我們一行人還有孩子幾乎身無分文全被偷盜沒地方落腳！警察來了讓我們在酒店等候！因為今天是週三大使館休息不能辦理、所以一行五個人沒地方去以為酒店給我們開了一個房間落腳讓我們等明天大使館開門，沒想到酒店要房錢，我們身上僅有的錢説留20歐給孩子們吃飯用！前台都不行！逼我們找國內家人朋友借錢！我們説國內是夜裡家人都睡了這都不行！！！真是喪盡良心！！！這個酒店怎麼能這樣！！！一點人情味都沒有！

Nous avions commandé une chambre avec balcon terrasse sur Trip.com. Malheureusement c’est pas ce que nous avons eu à l’arrivée et j’ai dû payer un supplément de 30€ au check-in. Que trip.com m’a remboursé plus tard. Ils n’ont pas offert de late check-out pour 14h. Ils ont demandé 30€ encore… ce n’est plus le même service qu’avant. Je prendrai un autre hôtel pour mes prochains business trip. Service en baisse et Acceuil pas terrible. Heureusement que trip.com a été là pour compenser !
