First i was sent fotos is an apartment, they never say i a shared appartment. The fotos and in reality is total different + the price is not worthy. Here coffee in the toilet . Never saw this in anyhwere

There's no elevator, only a narrow spiral staircase, making it very inconvenient for large suitcases. There's no reception desk at the entrance; you have to call to get a password, but the phone number wasn't provided beforehand.

The only downside was the lamp in front of the mirror by the sink, which was hanging too low. (Difficult to do make-up when the lamp is hanging in front of your face). Another shortcoming was a lack of wardrobe, so it was more difficult if you sleep there for more than one or two days. Bed was lovely, shower was good, kitchen well equipped for coffee and tea. Furnishing was very sympathetic. Location was perfect, within walking distance of the Grote Markt and plenty of nice dining options nearby!

We had the duplex which was bright and modern with a small private roof terrace. The area has alot of restaurants nearby, but the room is very quiet. It was hot and we needed the air conditioner on, plus there were a few windows that can open easily. Overall we found it a lovely room and ideal base for exploring Brussels. We would highly recommend the duplex if you are ok with stairs- there is a narrow stairwell plus stairs within the duplex itself.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla metro e a due passi dal centro. Buona pulizia. Camera comoda e con arredamento nuovo. Spazi comuni bene arredati. Presenza di macchinetta del caffè e bollitore. Inoltre era dotato di the,acqua e biscotti. L’unica pecca il bagno piccolino con lavandino esterno e assenza di portasciugamani.

Ottimo base per visitare Bruxells. Vicino al centro e alla stazione centrale. Zona tranquilla e calma la notte, vicina a una vía piena di posti dove mangiare. Arredamento nuovo, biancheria pulita e stanze confortevoli. Disponibilità di utilizzare gli spazi comuni con anche la possibilità di usare la cucina se necessario. Presente un bagno in ciascuna camera ed un bagno nella Hall. È possibile lasciare le cose prima o dopo il soggiorno, scrivete ai proprietari se ne avete bisogno per avere il codice per entrare . Tutto gestito da remoto ma con molta cordialità, professionalità e gentilezza. Consigliato. Scale a ciocciola strette, se siete con persone anziene chiedete le stanze ai primi piani.
