The worst hotel, the staff is kind but the facilities are the worst, the room smells, the stairs are narrow and there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor. The photos are of famous places nearby.

The hotel location is near the attractions! I have to say that this hotel has unique stairs. The room is very spacious, like entering a monastery. 🤣It doesn’t have an elevator, so it’s quite difficult to carry luggage up! But 10 points are unique. It is recommended that friends with little luggage can try it. The plug distribution in the room is insufficient.

A very well located functional hotel with an especially good breakfast option. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, with character and good heating. It was an easy walk from many interesting sights and points of interest, such as the Grands Place, Christmas markets, Gare Centrale... For those not fooled by stars or outward appearances, it's a great accomodation.

The property has a pretty convenient position. However, everything else is pretty bad the room door had a lot of light coming in and it felt a bit that anybody can peak through the door or open it. There wasn’t any elevator to get us to the third floor. The room could be called clean however the facilities were essentially non existent. Nothing was in the room even the hand soap. The toilets were very small and shower area was very little. There were constant street noise around the hotel and also coming in from other rooms.

Satisfied. Don't have high expectations Back street, simple hotel lobby 1970s, friendly one-man check-in, desk open til 11pm, close to old town 15-20 minute walk, convenience store 5 minutes, stairs only, no a/c, fans provided, weak wifi in 3rd floor,

Not bad overall. Location is good. Close to the main shopping high streets and a few bars and restaurants. It is pretty noisy. Especially of a night so maybe reconsider if you’re a light sleeper. Bathroom could do with a make over and a few fittings in the bedroom need repairing. The flooring by the bed needs to be fixed too Staff friendly and helpful. Bed a bit hard if you’re used to a softer mattress. Overall. Not bad for the price. But needs some TLC.
