Don't trust what this host tells you, and be 100% sure you meet all their expectations before you confirm your booking. They are not there to please their customer, but the other way around. My trust in their words cost me 367 euros for a stay they could sell twice. And I am quite sure the message was intended to bewilder.

Attention and beware of this hotel. Although I stated that we had almost 700 km to get there, we were told that we only had a one-hour travel slot available. Between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Neither before nor after is nobody there. When we asked where we should stay overnight in case of a traffic jam, we were told that we could cancel if we didn't like it. Absolutely outrageous. Hopefully customer service doesn't look like this in Belgium. Despite the relatively good price, I definitely cannot recommend this hotel! That's not how you treat your customers.

Ottimo bed and breakfast curato e ricercato a 200 metri dalla metropolitana Rogier 10 minuti a piedi dalla Grand Place. Ci sono tre camere arredate con gusto e originalità , in camera ci sono tutti gli accessori necessari anche il mini frigo, accappatoi e phon. Compreso nel prezzo c'è l'utilizzo di una cucina comune e di un soggiorno dove la bravissima host lascia bibite ,the, caffè e tutto il necessario per la colazione e la merenda. Molto disponibile La host per un check-in personalizzato, avendo a disposizione ancora la camera ci ha concesso gratuitamente un late check out. Consiglio vivamente questo bed and breakfast curato nei minimi particolari con gusto ed eleganza, sicuramente rimarrà nei nostri ricordi. Il primo gennaio la host ha organizzato un bellissimo brunch con tutti gli ospiti. Super consigliato

We parkeerden in Q-Park Dambordstraat. 3 minuten lopen vh B&B. Midden in het centrum bij een grijze deur waarboven All in One geschreven stond. We voelden ons meteen thuis toen we eenmaal boven waren. Vinciane ontving ons met een heerlijk glas champagne. Ze heeft ons alles fijn uitgelegd en ook waar het OV (5 min lopen naar metrostation Rogier) was. Maar alles is binnen loopafstand te doen. (Behalve het Heizel stadion waar het concert van Coldplay was) 2 nachten heerlijk geslapen en genoten van een fijn ontbijt. Kortom, een aanrader. En tip: pak Baja bikes bij Brouckere om de stad per fiets te bezichtigen.

Assolutamente sconsigliato, ho prenotato con possibilità di cancellazione ma mi hanno addebitato immediatamente l’importo sulla carta di credito, dopo la cancellazione (entro i termini) per eseguire il rimborso pretendevano che gli mandassi via mail i dati sensibili della mia carta tra cui il codice di sicurezza di 3 cifre, non hanno accettato di fare un bonifico o utilizzare paypal…..ringrazio booking per avermi tutelato altrimenti non so quando avrei rivisto l’intero importo della prenotazione….. spero di evitare ad altri la mia stessa esperienza.

Este alojamento foi um vigarista e burlão! Pois só tem 2 horas de check in e o meu voo chegou depois disso e ninguém abriu a porta, nem me deixaram dormir na noite anterior, e tinha tudo pago! Ficaram com o meu dinheiro e ainda receberam mais clientes no meu quarto! Entramos em contacto por mensagem e a pessoa responsável teve a lata de dizer para nao o incomodar mais e nem se preocupou com nada. Cheguei bruxelas as 00h00 e ninguém abriu a porta e tive de ir procurar um novo hotel. Uma vergonha, uns verdadeiros vigaristas!
