The neighborhood where they are located is very little away from the red road of Brussels and is within a area where a nutrited Arab community is present (restaurants, shops, etc.) but despite the initial reluctance of the first impact I must say that not We have never had the feeling of being in a “hazardous” place. The single room was comfortable and clean (in relation to the price of course) and the palace where they are moved is very quiet; In conclusion, if you are looking for a accommodation without too much claim to spend a few days in Brussels without spending too much Here you find the right compromise.

Всё началось с того, что я решила поехать в Бельгию (Брюссель) по работе на конференцию и, конечно же, мне нужно было где-то остаться на два дня. Я решила забронировать отель через BOOKING.COM, но оплатить хотела уже в отеле (ps: если вы не пользовались такой услугой, то хочу уточнить, что даже если ты не оплачиваешь отель на сайте, а просто бронируешь, то ты должен ввести данные своей карты, как они пишут, для того, чтобы они ”убедились, что вы реальны”. Я так и сделала, ибо подумала, что это реальная процедура и сайт вроде бы надежный. По итогу я приехала в Бельгию и поехала в ALBERT HOTEL ( запомните на всякий случай, чтобы случайно туда не поехать). У меня было в тот день два самолета, долгая и тяжелая дорога и в отель я попала только вечером, очень уставшая. Я оплатила номер (а, на секундочку это было 250 евро за два дня) и пошла в комнату. Я боюсь Вам рассказывать, какой был номер... ВОНЬ, ПЛЕСЕНЬ, ПЯТНА, ВСЁ ПОСТЕЛЬНОЕ В ЖЕЛТЫХ И БЕЛЫХ РАЗВОДАХ И ПЯТНАХ ( боюсь представить, что там делали) У меня есть все видео доказательства правдивости моих слов. Что я сделала дальше? У меня началась паника... Я студентка и у меня немного денег. Я понимала, что оставаться я просто НЕ МОГУ в этом отеле, мне даже противно было присесть на этот диван в верхней одежде (ps: вы можете подумать, что я придирчивая или слишком восприимчивая, но на самом деле отель был ужасен, без преувеличений). После истерики и непонимания того, что мне дальше делать, ибо я в чужой стране, без знакомых, ночью, одна) я собралась и забронировала себе другой отель. Я спустилась к ресепшину и сказала: ” я не могу оставаться в вашем отеле, ибо он несоответствует описанию и не предназначен для проживания, я хочу отменить бронирование и хочу, чтобы мне вернули деньги”. На что мне ответили, что не могут СЕЙЧАС вернуть деньги, ибо бронирование было через сайт BOOKING.COM, поэтому обращаться нужно к ним. После этого я вызвала такси и уехала в другой отель. На следующий день, я позвонила в службу поддержки BOOKING.COM и объяснила всю ситуацию. Они сказали, что они всё узнают, если короче, то просто отмазались и попросили ждать. Ну окей, я ждала какое-то время, переписывалась с ними в чате сайта, но ничего толком они не говорили, бросались общими фразами и ничего не решали. После этого я стала снова звонить им и они сказали такую вещь: ”Мы не можем вернуть Вам деньги, ибо ALBERT HOTEL говорит, что Вы жили там все эти два дня. СЕРЬЕЗНО? ЭТО АБСОЛЮТНАЯ ЛОЖЬ. Они просто не хотят ничего возвращать, так же назревает вопрос, как я могу жить в комнате, если ключ от неё я отдала назад после 20 минут, как я оплатила номер, плюс у меня был большой чемодан и понятно, что я уезжала ну и, конечно, говорила об этом работникам отеля. Ну короче, думаю суть Вы уловили, просто не хотят возвращать деньги. По итогу я разговаривала больше чем с 10 людьми с службы поддержки, разговаривала с руководителем какой-то там отрасли в BOOKING.COM (точно уже не помню название должности) и, по-итогу, они сказали, что

While the service was good, the cleanliness could be improved (the vanity kit was opened by someone) and, what’s most important - the shower/bath was a COMPLETE MESS. 1) hot water didn’t appear after 10minutes 2) the water in the bathtub was YELLOW. It is simply unacceptable for a hotel with more than one star. Check these things. Never offer a room like that to anyone. Couldn’t take a shower there at all.

Location was good, room size is perfect for our small family. Love the services that the hotel provides, super fast and efficient, and fuss free. Hotel even provide lounge area, where hotel guests can go there for a small drink and some appetiser for free. I think every hotel should have such service provided, it is just super nice and welcoming back to the hotel. When we were there, it was raining and hotel staff was even offering us in house umbrella for us to use, and we returned it once we are back at the hotel. Room was a tab bit dark at some corners, but otherwise all is good. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Brussels.

Probably the worse experience check-in so far! We arrived early and asked politely to the staff what time is the check-in, this particular staff name Tobe M. was very rude and responded at 3pm. So we went around town and came back at 2:50pm to check-in, this staff was very unfriendly saying it was not 3:00pm yet, eventually he let us in. But overall the check-in experience was such a nightmare. Breakfast was good though.

I was whisked away to old world opulence as I walked into Le Plaza. The ornate chandelier, intricate carpet, and polished seating created a luxurious atmosphere. I was greeted by a friendly night front desk staff member named Ashley. He checked me in quickly and let me know that I could order something to eat if I was hungry. The elevator ride up to my room was a delight. The hallway was decorated in a vintage style, and my room, 534, felt like a miniature villa. The bathroom was gorgeous, and it had all the amenities I needed. It was a bit of a mix of vintage and modern, with a flat screen TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of natural light, and I woke up feeling luxurious every morning. The food at Le Plaza was delicious. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The service was also excellent. I never had to wait long for anything, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. I injured myself during my stay, and Ashley and the other night staff member, Luis, were very helpful. They gave me first aid supplies and helped me get ice for my injury. I was very grateful for their help. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Le Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The location of the hotel is great. It's in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions The hotel offers a variety of room types, so you can find the perfect one for your needs. Good room, good atmosphere, good service, the breakfast was good and the lunch as well was good. I had a good room with nice cleaning staff, a first time experience in a hotel, and I really liked it. A coming back for sure. No such major issues found. Just minor one, if we could only have a mat on the floor in the bathroom, that would be nice else I used the foot towel for it. I was satisfied and I recommend the hotel for friend, couple or single person.

The location is very good, right next to the grand place. However, the rooms are old and need to be updated. The sink in the bathroom and the woodwork had cracks. The corridors were dark and dingy. The lamps or coffee machine have to be disconnected to be able to charge one’s devices. There are no adapters or usb ports. The day we arrived, the bell boy was on holiday, so there was no one to help with the bags. The front office staff, other than the most junior of them, seemed totally disinterested. The room was hot in the night and the aircon panel did not work. When we told the front office staff that the air conditioning didn’t work adequately, they didn’t even acknowledge what we were saying, let alone offer any explanation or apology. The breakfast was fine, but the staff again showed very little interest in even asking if we wanted a cooked breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend.
