Hotel la Serrania Bucaramanga

We stayed for here 4 days as a part of an international conference. The rooms are very clean and the a/c works great. The breakfast was lovely each morning. The staff went out of their way to help us in so many ways. We had an early flight and they had the taxi ready for us at 4:30 am with all the identification information for extra security. You can have coffee delivered to your room or to the lobby and sit on the porch and drink it. (Nice if you want to watch the rain) There was no pool. There is some kind of spa service offered but it was a little confusing. I think they are still working out the details. The rooms had small refrigerators. The location is safe but a little noisy. The room has a desk and chair and lots of outlets.
