We were very disappointed to find out the pool was unavailable for us to use as it was going under major repairs. As always it was a good stay the stay is alwaya very nice

Nice hotel for this part of the city
This is a nice hotel for the location. I would not say it is in the best part of town and there is street noise but facilities overall are good. We stayed in two different occasions (family of 4); the first time the room was spacious, the second one it was not as good. Breakfast was included and it was good. The hotel had free parking which was a big plus for us.

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel needs renovating but they are trying really hard with what they have. The mattress was like cement, I had a reservation for 4 nights, I left after the first.

Service isn't for people who don't want to serve
mediocre, staff doesn't seem to care about being friendly, the only man that was nice was the guy cooking the eggs at breakfast.
