There is breakfast, a big bathtub, and a large area. I booked a deluxe room type. Opened in 1886, the building is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious, and it is located in the city center. There is also a massage service in the room, and the charge is about HK$760 for two hours, which should be considered cheap in Europe

The facility apparently dates from 1828 and is beautifully maintained. Outstanding customer service. Desk staff, particularly Mihail and Wahleed: superlative. Bistro staff Robert and Andrew kind, prompt, and very helpful. Breakfast room staff, particularly Julius and Mahela, superior in every way.

While the property is highly rated, the service is virtually non-existent. When asked to order a cab, we were told to go outside and use uber. No one knew where the restaurants are or where the breakfast is, until we started interrogating the front desk staff

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Rooms are beautiful, location is great, metro line very close. Had a good night sleep. Staff is great and was very helpful. The room upgrade was great. Definitely going back. Thank you.
