Good large room, no breakfast, cold in the room the heating is not working…

The room is not clear,and it's cold every day because the weather is cold (7 degrees in the morning and 12 in the night)we told to them to open us the air condition because not work and nothing.and in the end we don't exchange money to pay the room when we go the next day after walk and exchange money they locked the room.we have close to stay 3 night and the we 2 because where living .it was all terrible

The position of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Old Center, the Art Museum, the Athenaeum, the Old Center, the Universitate metro station, The staff is very nice, kind, hospitable and helpful from all points of view. The room has facilities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, water heater, tea, coffee, sugar.The only problem is that the rooms no longer look as they are in the pictures,The pictures were probably taken a few years ago, because now they don't look like that anymore in the sense that now everything is a bit outdated.

Attended this hotel after booking due to lovely looking pictures. Was very disappointed on arrival. Firstly, the outside makes the hotel look awful, it’s situated above some shops and has a huge billboard attached to it. Once inside the lift is terrible and was shocked to find you had to manually close the doors. Once inside room found it to be very run down. Headboard was scratched severely and parts were broken, aircon was very outdated and looked dirty, wardrobe didn’t shut properly and a couple of other issues. The main issue though was definitely the bathroom. On *********** no pictures of bathrooms are shown and it is obviously why. They are horrible. They’re so outdated, sink was stained, toilet sloped, shower and bath were horrible with a nasty shower curtain (looked so bad I didn’t even use it). Will say the bathroom looked clean but it was so stained and old I felt dirty using it. One bonus was that sheets were clean which made the stay bearable for one night. But just be aware this hotel now looks nothing like the pictures advertised.

Located in the central Boulevard Balcescu, it is a 100 m walk from the metro station. A few steps on foot and you find yourself in the Lipscani district, the beating heart of Bucharest's nightlife. One member of staff spoke fluent Italian, however everyone was very kind and helpful. Inside our room we found two more pillows and a duvet... which is very important!! Super recommended for staying in this fantastic capital.

I would say stay promoted! Nice place, I would say super convenient location (100m walk from the metro), very friendly, helpful and very kind staff. Excellent quality/price. I recommend it for anyone interested in a stay in the city.

La stanza cade a pezzi. La porta del bagno è fuori dagli infissi La vasca da bagno non è fissata ( sembra stia per vedere al minimo urto). Tappeti sporchi pieni zeppi di insetti morti. Asciugamani sporchi di sangue anche dopo la pulizia. Ragni e ragnatele ad addobbare le mura della stanza. Ma soprattutto TANTI TANTI "INSETTI". INSETTI di ogni genere! TUTTI I GIORNI abbiamo trovato almeno 4/5 scarafaggi piccoli vivi nella vasca. Formiche che dai quadri posizionati sopra al letto sono ci cadevano sui cuscini. Coperte sporche , strappate e BUCATE! Uno schifo. Evitatelo come la peste! C'è di meglio nei paraggi.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours et 4 nuits dans cet hôtel qui n’est pas si mal situé que cela. En effet, à Bucarest, si vous ne prenez pas de transports en commun, préparez-vous à marcher. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Cependant, le service ne suivait pas … : les verres et les tasses n’ont pas été changées et on ne nous avait pas remis de café, thé et gel douche … nous avons dû réclamer tout cela en essayant de se faire comprendre parce que le personnel ne comprenait pas … finalement on nous a donné tout juste deux cafés et deux gels douche … De plus, dans notre chambre, on entendait beaucoup la circulation ainsi que le radiateur qui faisait pas mal de bruit.
