The managers at this facility are unprofessional. I brought a concern to them about housekeeping, and they didn’t acknowledge me or addressed the situation. I asked for somebody to come up and smell the bed that was in our room and she would not come out. I also have pictures of the stains and smells that we encountered with this mattress. Horrible customer service.

The staff were great and the breakfast was good. The things that should be crispy were and the eggs were perfectly cooked. The room was clean with real plates and glasses.

Room was great for 3 people. 2 queens and a sofa bed. Good sized refrigerator with freezer, sink, coffee machine. Clean environment. Close to freeway.

Room was clan and comfortable. We had a problem with the garbage disposal and they fixed it up immediately. Enjoyed all the amenities. Great place to stay.
