Ash Mill Farm Bed & Breakfast

This is essentially a wedding venue that operates as a BnB in the off season. The one employee appears overworked. The facility is in need of attention; our bathroom door would not close fully, the fan didn’t work and had no cover over the bare lightbulb, there was no drinking glass provided. Photographer’s lights were set up in the living room, making it unappealing to sit there. The breakfast was very good. We chose Ash Mill Farm because we wanted something more special than a typical hotel room but didn’t feel the price was worth it.

The place was very very undermaintained . Things were not functional. The toilet was almost malfunctioning and draining very slow and we had to use a plunger. The unit was advertised as having a third bed where the third bed is a broken sofa which gave in as we sat on it. It is hazardous. There is no housekeeping or other services. The advertised TV is a mini computer monitor like screen behind a white paneled door which did not work for us. They should not put up this place for tourists claiming that the unit is capable for accommodation and charge more than $200/ night . Serious restoration and upgrades are needed for this place to host people and make them pay for it.

Friendly innkeeper and hearty breakfast in authentic 1790 farmhouse. Good ambiance. Property could use more TLC / maintenance and updated decor in living room and guest cottage.

farm staff was not welcoming but the worst problems were that there was no hot water in our bathroom and no room for us in the morning to sit and have breakfast. so we only had sleeping quarters with space heaters- a little scary because the cords were red hot but we needed the heat!

Never seen a bed and breakfast like this .Bed was dusty end up taking allergy medicines . Need a ton of upgrades .

The stay at Ash Mill was very convenient for an overnight stay. It is a very close BB to New Hope, PA and its shops. The price was good comparative to the area. The room was basic and comfortable; Jon (property caretaker) was nice and had good conversation at breakfast. There are even sheep, ponies, goats, and cats to feed if you like (this is a farm).

My parter and I were the DJ for a wedding held in the barn next door to the B&B. We booked a room in the Buckingham Suite and were blown away by the quaint decor and stunning architecture. The gentleman running the Inn was kind, quick, and accommodating. He also makes an excellent omelette. We will recommend this spot to our coupled friends for a nice weekend away to New Hope and to our friends planning intimate weddings!

A few minutes from peddlers village. The B&B is beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and the farm animals are always a bonus.

Nice B&B and the owner was a bit overworked with awedding that day. So all in all our stay was fine.
