I think they're in the middle of a remodel. There was trim missing in the bathroom. The nice, new shower did not have a shelf. The door trim was not secured completely to the wall. The kid at the front desk disappeared for long periods of time while I was down eating breakfast. The breakfast counter needed to be cleaned. Our heat worked fine: but I overheard another guest saying their heat wouldn't get above 65. (Operator error?)

The floors had construction and old appliances all over the floor. The first room was not ready so we went downstairs and were given a new room. This room was comfortable but the rooms looks like they got a deal from IKEA the decor was like for a preschool with multi colored pegs on the wall.
We slept fine the bed was comfortable but whe. We got up to take a shower there was no hot water! They said they were working on the building and no rooms had hot water!!!!!! How can you rent a room out with no hot water!!!! We have yet to have anyone call us to apologize or compensate us . This was a really poor experience. Don’t stay here.

Under construction. Construction debris everywhere. No baseboards in bathroom. Called front desk and no answer. Had to walk down to ask question. The place was a mess.

I’ve booked a suit room but ended up getting a studio ad they’re renovating all the suits ( I booked a few days in advance and bought in suit price). Front desk didn’t inform me that there was no suits but make me move to another studio that is cheaper. Heater doesn’t work in that room. We left with 72f and came back with 63f a/c running. We requested the maintenance before we left, after 5 hrs later, nothing was fixed. Only in the bathroom was a shampoo. I’d say this place deserved to be 1 star instead of 3. Service could be a 0

First night was terrible-toilet leaking, door wouldn’t close, walls peeling, no hairdryer, broken coffee maker-only eggs for breakfast-no coffee etc-only eggs
Would not let us change rooms and there could not have been 10 people staying in hotel

Bare minimum approach in all aspects undergoing a reno at the time of my stay but to offer rooms that have not been fully cleaned after the construction was completed is inexcusable. Drywall mud, anchors, etc still on the carpet throughout the room as well as in the stairwell. Elevator was partially damaged and tagged with graffiti. Electrical boxes roughed in with no devices throughout the floor were ugly. Attention to detail non existent. Not horrible but not great either. Good value overall I guess that’s not saying much given how everything these days is overvalued

This was the worst experience ever. Dirty sheets, no smoke alarm, no toilet paper holder, carpet was disgusting, all the furniture was stained, bathroom light didn’t work, closet had no door or rod, shower door didn’t close, elevator walls were all ripped up, hallway carpet had huge stains, second floor hallway smelled like **** and so much more.

We were traveling for baseball as we often do. After I checked in I left my items in the room. Upon return from grabbing dinner I was greeted at my door by another woman who was assigned my room, and given the key my room. Luckily I returned at that time or all the sports equipment I had in the room for safe keeping may have been gone. My kids were scared that at any moment someone else would come inside our room. The facility was run down. Pool was closed. Elevator panel was damaged. Weird blue stuff that resembled toothpaste along the walls everywhere. I do not recommend and will not return.
