Great location, right on a strip of restaurants with a shopping mall less that 30 seconds walk. The apartments are built on top of a Lidl so great for purchasing food to cook at home. There’s a great range of appliance and kitchenware, alongside a washing machine and iron. All in all it’s perfect and very well presented. Only thing that let them down was the cleanliness, we found hair everywhere (even round the sink and in the bath) balcony was dirty and so were the table and chairs. If it was properly cleaned I would have said 5*

The hotel is located in the 8th block of Hungary. The Gypsies are more concentrated. There are more people in the nearby streets. However, it is safe to go to the hotel to get in and out of the door card. The triple room is actually a one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. The space is very spacious, it is very clean and bright, use the air conditioner to pay 5 Euros at the front desk and take the remote control.

I occasionally spend a few days here when I return to Hungary from Sweden around Christmas time. Whenever I stayed at one of the apartments, I never regretted my decision as the staff was always helpful, and it is hard to beat the cleanliness and the location. A few weeks ago, before my return to Sweden, I asked for an early check-in (i.e., at 11.00), which was provided without any problems (plus the apartment was again super clean by that time); the flexibility is highly appreciated. In winter times, the apartment is super warm, so you will never be cold if you visit Budapest in the colder months.

Very good apartment! All utilities are provided in the kitchen so you can cook yourself whatever you want and there are grocery stores nearby! It’s in a really good location! The apartment was clean! Only negative is that you have to leave a deposit which they say is returned the next day but it took almost three days before the deposit was returned! Overall I will stay here again next time I’m in Budapest!

Comfortable apartments close to the downtown. They are clean and tidy and consist of a comfortable sitting room, a small kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. However, the residence don't have private parking, which means that you have to leave your car in paid parking-lots along the road. Nearby there is the possibility of finding the subway. The prices are low and the reception is good.

We stay here when on business in Budapest, and usually don't have problems but staying in 315 recently we were put next to people having a party in 317, it was really noisy, some kind of last night in Budapest flight crew thing. Why would you put business people next to party people? It just made no sense. We got moved for the night to a quieter suite on same floor, 323, which was great but the next day the front desk ”miscommunicated” us to the breakfast area to collect our breakfast boxes. Its puzzling. Overall the staff are super friendly and things usually go without a hitch and on that basis I would recommend. I really hope standards aren't slipping as it would be a shame.

The lobby is just fabulous and the Cafe de Paris, which is attached to, but not owned by (as I understand it) the hotel is totally amazing. Wonderful marble lobby, friendly and very efficient front desk/concierge staff and the rooms are good, but not exceptional. For sightseeing the location is not the best - there are no good restaurants around and about and the food on the hotel’s balcony overlooking the Cafe de Paris is boring and very expensive - as is the wine, and drinks in the lobby. We would recommend the hotel highly to friends but point out that the location is not the best for sightseeing - that said there is a Hop on, Hop off bus stop right outside the door.
