The owner of the property is absent (he lives in another country entirely), once you get there the only point of reference you have is the security staff who, of course, have nothing to do with the apartments.
Unfortunately, upon our arrival we found serious problems with the room such as: broken bathroom door, lack of light in the bathroom, broken bed, dirt etc etc.
I try to call the owner and then contact the security. After many calls from the latter, the owner with arrogant and sarcastic tones clearly says that he does not want to find solutions but, on the contrary, uses a tone in which he treats you like an ***** with no rights.
I continue to call because it is impossible to sleep with a broken bed but he remains immovable (full property - a change of hotel at his expense? I have worked in hotels and that's how it is done) until I propose that at least the first night be reimbursed. (Solution accepted).
The first night we sleep on the floor with the hope that the next day something will be resolved.
The second day arrives in which we change the room but there is no news of the refund.
Since it is the weekend, upon returning I contact the trip customer service, who immediately get in touch with the owner and report the incident through photos I took.
Result? The owner as if he lived in another world, declared that he immediately took action to fix the bed and all the broken things and that he was not willing to refund anything.
I thank the trip staff because they really took an interest in our case by reporting the structure and apologizing on his behalf but on the owner zero on everything: zero professionalism, zero empathy, zero communication and zero education.
