4/5Very GoodThe hotel’s reception service needs to be improved. We didn’t arrive in Budapest until 9:00 p.m., but the apartment was already off work. It is said that they got off work at 20:00 p.m. No one informed me before, and the phone at the door couldn’t get through. Later, we encountered international friends who could not help us contact the hotel. In the end, the powerful Ctrip housekeeper assisted us in handling it. After contacting the staff, they came to give us the room card on the spot. The facilities and equipment in the room are good, the sanitation is OK, the area is big enough, the air conditioner is only in the living room, the room does not have air conditioner, the location of the apartment is good, in the old town.
