Don’t be fooled, this apartment does not exist at all. I waited downstairs for three hours in the cold of 3 degrees. I called the apartment 23 times and was repeatedly hung up. Ctrip’s customer service could not contact the hotel. I asked Several residents of that building said that this was not the name of the apartment, but the name of the building. Two people had looked for this apartment before me but they couldn't find it. Be careful everyone, this deceitful deceitful deceitful!

We bought with eDreams and when we got there we didn't have a reservation. Neither eDreams nor the operator, a certain Tom, took responsibility or sought a solution. That same afternoon we booked another apartment on the same street, another number, with last minute, and the same thing happened to us again!!! Again the same individual was behind the reservation. Of course, they charged us both times quickly and they still haven't given us a dime back! How can it be that this guy continues to do business with these tour operators and who knows how many more.

This accommodation is a scam and does not exist in reality. The address provided is a gateway to some apartments and offices. I arrived 20 minutes after the appointment and there was no one to hand over the key. The entrance to the place was very strange and different from what was advertised. I called the owner, who had already charged me 60 euros in addition to what I had paid on the website. And I had questioned, he informed me that it was routine. I asked about the key because on the website it said that the owner would not wait for delivery. I had sent a message informing that I was coming by train and would arrive after 2 pm and before 4 pm. My second surprise. A very rude gentleman answered the phone and said that if I wanted to go in I would get the key at an address (on the other side of the city) because the girl had gone at 2 pm and as it was 2:40 pm she would not come back. I explained that I had confirmed that I would arrive after 2 pm and before 4 pm. He yelled and said I couldn't get the key until after 6pm at the address he gave me. I explained that I had a child and didn't know the city, it was difficult to go there. And then came my third and biggest surprise and disappointment. The lord replied: I don't care. If you don't want to go get the key, stay on the street or look for another hotel. In this accommodation you will not get a refund. I was very nervous, I felt sick because it was 3 degrees and I was coming from a 3-hour train journey. After calming down I called the owner again and he was again quite rude and stupid. He hung up the phone after saying he didn't care about the cold or my son. So I decided to look for another accommodation.

I give one star because it is not possible to give less, This apartment owner who passes himself off as a hotel, not only was not found on our arrival, there was no reception but only a series of apartments in a historic apartment building in Budapest, but on top of that, he didn't answer the millions of phone calls we made. He has many bad reviews and I believe he is a scammer !! we had to find a hotel on the fly and thank goodness we found it. We will certainly ask for a refund. I just hope it closes for bankruptcy.
