It's convenient, quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the sanitary conditions are good, and it's close to the shopping street. It's suitable for traveling and living. The breakfast is also rich, and there are also restaurants nearby, which is good.

Very clean and pleasant room, all the staff were really friendly. Breakfast selection maybe a little limited but plenty of it available. Excellent location, close to St Stephen's Basilica (where there was a busy Christmas market with lots of excellent food and drink options). We'd happily stay here again if we return to Budapest.

Lovely hotel in a great location and close to everything going on in Budapest in December.
POSITIVES;
Lovely clean hotel throughout.
Very friendly and helpful reception staff who all spoke perfect English.
Breakfast was plenty full but with limited warm options.
Beds were comfortable and we had a good sized family room for 3 adults.
NEGATIVES;
TV in room only had 1 English channel which was BBC World, so it was only news. Also, very patchy connectivity, so it was unwatchable anyway.
Room had a double sofa bed in it which was set up as a bed, but it blocked the passage to the toilet.
Reception area had chairs to sit on but would have been better with some sofas.
Hotel did not have a restaurant, so food wasn’t attainable at any other time other than breakfast.

Excellent location in district 5. Large room with nice powerful walk in shower . No fridge in the room which would have been appreciated. Our room didn't seem to get cleaned during our stay. Or topped up with water or tea and coffee . Friendly staff. Had breakfast once but €14 for basic continental is a bit over priced . Over all a nice place to stay

The hotel is in a fantastic location with only a 5min walk to the River and Stone Chain Bridge, I had a maximum of 30min walk to anything in the city. Despite being so central the hotel is still very quiet and safe. The hotel staff were fantastic and always happy to recommend and book restaurants for you. The room was lovely and very clean, I'll certainly be staying here again!

Excellent value for money. All areas of the hotel were spotless. It misses 5 stars only because the room itself was a little tired with a number of scratches and scrapes to the furnishings. Optional breakfast was good and had a wide choice. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Overall this hotel added to our positive experiences in Budapest.
