The place is nice, the host is amazing! A bit hard to move your luggage to the second floor, Room 9, but apart from this it was great. I love the attic. The area nearby is not very nice per se, but you have a quick access to the train and can explore the downtown.

The place was way better than I expected for that price. The whole place was pretty and very calm. The manager was very helpful, answered any questions about the city, recommended places, generally was very supportive. When it comes to the room, it was pretty and clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Additionally we got some towels, tea, coffee, shampoo. In the room there was a tv (but we didn’t check it), kettle, cups and some storage room. We shared the toilet (that was cleaned regularly) with only one more room. I absolutely recommend this place and if I go to Budapest again I will definitely stay at this place.

Great guest house, basic but at a great price, great location and with a free street parking. Went there with a friend for a 2 night stay. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and friendly and helpfull staff. What more could you ask for? Absolut recommendation. I will be back for sure.

Good place, more an apart-hotel, where they leave you alone once you've checked in. Location a little up north, not a lot around, not far from Corvin. Pretty clean, seperate bathroom but was always available.

Well located room in the center of Budapest. The room is simple but gives all what you need for this price: a bed to sleep on, toilet and shower. Note: no air conditioning and it is not possible to sleep with open windows as it gives directly to the garden and entrance of the garden house (you hear people passing by). The staff is very friendly, accessible and speaks very well english. Free parking in the road assuming you have a EU car (non hungarian).

Nonostante la cordialità del personale la camera che mi è stata assegnata (Room 5) era veramente un buco. Non c’era la finestra ma un abbaino di 30cm per 30cm, in quanto era una mansarda, c’era una ragnatela vicino al letto (tolta appena avvertito il personale), e le lenzuola, così come gli asciugamani, non sembravano proprio il massimo della pulizia. Il bagno era veramente piccolo (seduti sul water si ha il lavandino in bocca) e anche lì, pulizia abbastanza approssimativa. Quando ho prenotato, ed è facile controllarlo, le foto di quella stanza non c’erano: mi sembra di aver riconosciuto, dopo esserci stato, solo una foto in cui c’è una parte del tavolino e della Tv attaccata al muro ma del resto della stanza, nulla. Niente da dire, ripeto, circa la simpatia e la disponibilità del personale ma sinceramente mi sembra un pó poco. Per il resto posizione abbastanza centrale rispetto al centro della città ma che comunque è raggiungibile necessariamente con autobus. Insomma sicuramente non tornerò.
