The ambience of the hotel was grand and impressive, with impeccable service. Decor and furnishings befitting of the grandeur of Budapest.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, slightly removed from the rest of the big hotels but a very short walk to the river. The front desk staff was first rate service, dealt with a late checkin very well and were very helpful on checkout. The breakfast was generally very good, staff could get a bit flustered during busy times but there is a guide to busy and quiet times in the room so a good idea to keep that in mind. The bar staff could be a little frosty but service became much better when they realised (when we asked to pay) that we were staying ay the hotel.
The room was very nice, a good size all the usual little things, plus chocolate! The robes provided were a bit tatty, but still functional. Certainly somewhere I would stay again.

The room was clean and warm, and there were welcome chocolates. However, the window in the room opened inward and faced the atrium. If the curtains were opened, there would be no privacy. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. Had a great Christmas Eve here.

The hotel is very beautiful. There are weather forecast reminders and 2 chocolate bars every day. The location is excellent and the service attitude is excellent. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Budapest.

Super good, the service staff is super polite. The environment is 10% comfortable and 10% superior. Drinks will be prepared for you in the hotel lobby. Except for the lack of bathrooms,

The types of breakfast are all ok, the location is very convenient, and the hotel is very thoughtful and provides champagne for celebration. But the TV was broken and I told the hotel that the check-out was not done yet.
