The apartment is quite large and fully equipped. The location is good, with a supermarket nearby, and it's quiet at night. The room lighting is dim, but some light passes through the curtains. There is a washing machine. The parking lot is rather narrow; large vehicles cannot fit. There are street parking spaces, free at night and on weekends, and charged by the hour at other times. Check-in and check-out are flexible.

The location is good, but you need to walk to get to public transport. The apartment was clean, very spacious, equipped with everything needed (including a Nespresso coffee machine). There are small grocery stores very close and also the New York Café. Getting and leaving the keys was also easy.

The most inconvenient and extremely annoying thing is the constant, incessant, and unbearable amount of noise from outside, with music at much higher volumes, making it impossible to sleep all night. I don't recommend it, as it will ruin your vacation.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in un gruppo di 6 persone e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben organizzati, perfetti per ospitare comodamente tutti noi senza mai sentirci stretti. La prima cosa che salta all'occhio è la pulizia impeccabile: ogni stanza era tirata a lucido, un aspetto per noi fondamentale. Un plus incredibile è stato il servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito a soli 5 minuti dalla struttura; ci ha permesso di goderti l'ultimo giorno in città senza pesi, una comodità davvero rara da trovare inclusa nel prezzo. La posizione è ideale: il quartiere è estremamente silenzioso e tranquillo, garantendo riposo assoluto la notte, ma allo stesso tempo è collegatissimo. I mezzi pubblici sono praticamente a portata di mano, rendendo ogni spostamento verso il centro o le principali attrazioni rapido e semplicissimo. Consigliatissimo per gruppi o famiglie numerose che cercano comfort, igiene e praticità. Torneremo sicuramente!"
