Beautiful building and nice decoration. Great location! Handy to public transport and shops. Room is spacious and super clean. Quiet and comfy bedding. Would love to come back for next trip!

We were given a room for the handicapped with no reason. There was no place for putting towel or wash bag in the toilet. The room phone was not working. Overall, it’s not a five star hotel, maybe 3-4 stars.

Great central location. Walking distance to everything. Easy check in, check out.

My partner and I absolutely loved this hotel. It is beautiful throughout and the staff are incredible. The rooms seemed sound proof, clean and stocked with everything we need. We unfortunately didn't have a good view and the breakfast option was very standard but otherwise it was a lovely stay. My only other complaint was that the double bed weren't very comfortable but that can differ from person to person.

It is very close to the Parliament Building and the Chain Bridge is within walking distance. In the evening, you can go to the Danube River to enjoy the pink sunset. The hotel is elegantly decorated and the room size is larger than expected. The downside is that although the hotel provides taxi service, there is no reminder that the taxi service fee will be charged

A bit far from the center. There are no cotton swabs in the room and mineral water was given only once, but this is a 5-star hotel. The waiters at breakfast did not explain that the main course should be chosen from the menu. I accidentally noticed this menu before leaving. A double impression of the hotel, it seems beautiful, but the service is not very good. No one greets you when you enter.

The hotel front desk had a bad attitude and ignored the needs of customers. There were high floors upstairs, but they forced us to stay on the 0th floor. After many negotiations, we were given two high floors. We called to ask for an extra quilt, but the hotel said that the service department was off work and no one was there to deliver it. As a five-star hotel, we were very disappointed with this service and the experience was super bad. There were seven or eight people in a group, and they were picked up by a car. We asked them to help issue a parking permit to prevent the driver from being fined. They refused to issue a certificate on the grounds that we booked the hotel through a third party. We had a total of 11 rooms, most of which were arranged on the 0th floor. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel! I will never book this hotel again!

Beautiful hotel very close to the Parliament and well located for exploring the city. Metro and tram stop 2 blocks away. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, the bathrooms have heated floors. Great breakfast in a lovely dining room and very good service. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel for a visit to Budapest.
