Hotel is centrally located right across the Abastos shopping center. Metro station very close. Restaurants available close by. Room was big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit.

Rude staff, mold in the bathroom, moth eaten curtains. How this hotel can claim a four star rating is beyond me! I had to change my room twice to get a room that was even half decent. The hotel is also situated on a main road and was extremely noisy. Never again!

I loved the shower, the air-conditioner worked great, large hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

I checked in and I went to the bathroom and here was water everywhere in the floor. I went to look for my phone to take a photo and hotel staff knocked on my door. They needed to come in to spray the room for pest control. I told the staff member about the bathroom and he said he was sending someone right away. I left the hotel to run an errand and eat. I went back 6 hours later and the bathroom was in the same situation. I went to the lobby and reported it. No one came over to clean. I ended up leaving the hotel earlier than expected. They should really issue a refund

Estuve alojada 1 día con mis hijos. Es un hotel que hace 20 años pertenecía a una cadena internacional y era muy bueno. Ahora se quedó en el tiempo. Cortinas, acolchados, alfombras, muebles.. todo muy lúgubre y triste. Poca luz. La habitación era grande, la cama king, eran 2 individuales unidas. La tercera cama tenía el colchón hundido. No habían mesitas de luz. El baño grande y el secador de pelo roto. Había una pava eléctrica con 3 tes. El desayuno se sirve en un salón muy ruidoso, con mucha gente. No me pareció muy bueno. Nunca vi el jamón y el queso que lo sirvan en cuadraditos tipo picada en vez de fetas para un desayuno. En el hall hay mucha gente, no me dieron ganas de quedarme. Rescato como positivo la buena predisposición del personal. Si bien es un hotel económico, y por el valor no se le puede exigir mucho, buscaría otras opciones.

Solo recato la vista de la habitación. Desayuno muyyy pobre, sin dulce leche y manteca, en Argentina eso no existe. Para estar en las mesas del lobby tenes que consumir algo sino te sacan, ese fue mi caso. Nunca me había pasado eso. Decepción!
