The breakfast is rich, the location of the hotel is good, and the sanitation is okay, but the room is too small, and one person has to turn sideways to enter and exit the bathroom, and there is no power socket in the room

I stayed here for 3 nights in October and was very pleased with the hotel. It has a great location that is a few blocks from the impressive Avenida Quintana. Walking down this street will lead you to the famous Recoleta cemetery and La Biela. This part of Libertad street does not have buses on it so it is a lot more quiet than other streets in Buenos Aires. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I was on the 8th floor and the Wi-Fi worked great!

Above all, I highlight the attention of the staff, the treatment of the receptionists was very friendly. The room was super comfortable and clean, as were the facilities in the hallways and common spaces of the place, highly recommended for either one night or a stay. The hotel has an excellent location, one block from Santa Fe Avenue, 9 de Julio Avenue, close to transportation, a variety of places to go out and see and restaurants to eat. Ideal place to return.

In general all good.
Check-in is a little late I think. It's a shame that they don't have parking, because it is a very difficult area to park.
They also don't tell you that breakfast is not included.
They didn't have a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Reservei este hotel por indicação de um amigo. O preço era razoável e a localizacao boa. A primeira surpresa desagradável foi a placa no café da manha:" Senhores hóspedes é proibido levar comidas do café sa manhã!" Não fotografei, mas achei aquilo tão deselegante e desnecessário. O ar condicionado nas áreas comuns era parcialmente desligado e o hotel era sempre quente. A limpeza do meu quarto era sempre feita pela metade. Por dois dias não higienizaram o vaso sanitário, e o quarto e cama mal higienizado. Quando solicitei um ferro de passar, não tinham e paguei para passarem um vestido, 3900 pesos(4 dólares aproximadamente). Sai na madrugada do dia 12, as 3 horas da manhã. A água quente estava desligada. Tomei banho frio e na noite anterior avisei que sairia neste horario e gostaria de algo para comer de café da manhã ( que já estava devidamente pago). Não havia nada para me oferecer. Assim, simples e raso. Ao recomendo este hotel. A relação custo/beneficio não compensa.

Estive no hotel Impala pela primeira vez . Ja estive em vários hotéis em buenos aires e em nenhum tive um atendimento tão amável como nesse hotel . Excelentes funcionários . Quarto agradável de bom tamanho mas banheiro um pouco pequeno . A rua LIBERTAD fica a uma quadra da av SANTA FE , entre as ruas ARENALES e JUNCAL .Rua muito tranquila sem trafego de onibus e muito silenciosa a noite . Contratei sem café da manha pois gosto de conhecer os cafés da cidade . Casa de cambio a uma quadra , muito perto da praça Vicente Lopes, uma das mais lindas da cidade com cafés, sorveteria Freddo , doceiras , pizzaria, igreja católica e comercio local .Hotel vizinho da Farmacity e supermercado DIA além de haver tambem um CARREFOUR na rua vicente lopez . Adorei minha estadia . Voltarei assim que possível

Quarto com bom tamanho, cama de casal tipo king size e travesseiros confortáveis. Banheiro com ducha e banheira , porém com a ultrapassada cortina, como a maioria dos hotéis na Argentina. Só fizemos um pernoite para pegar o voo no começo da manhã, e em função disso não provamos o café da manhã. No geral é um hotel em um local refinado e com ótimo custo/benefício, pois se encontra a poucos quilômetros do Aeroparque.
