A big, stylish, modern hotel. we only stayed her for one night on our way home, but it provided all we needed. Room was comfortable with good beds and large for us to sort our luggage ready for our flight. Staff mainly very helpful, and breakfast was good with variety of food. Didn't eat in restaurant.

This hotel is terrible. They do not take care of their guests and are extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I do not like the employees or how they are allowed to treat their guests with so much disrespect and no regards for their well-being or safety. I would definitely not recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

I am surprised this place is still open! If you stay here you don’t get a key card it’s all done on a app, that wants bank details ect, if you are ill or need help they will send you to your room not get you help, even drag you, horrible place rude staf

AWFUL HOTEL Horrendous customer service, ZERO duty of care for their residents and PAYING customers. Disgraceful staff who feel they have the right to manhandle and restrain their customers. If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would give -5 and say this hotel should be SHUT DOWN!!

Awful Hotel with ZERO duty of care to their guests and horrendous staff! Disgraceful behaviours of staff manhandling guests and the way they speak to paying guests is atrocious! Very poorly ran establishment that needs SHUTTING DOWN INDEFINITELY! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Corrupt country, corrupt hotel!

My experience at this hotel was terrible.From the moment I arrived, the staff treated mi with a rude and disrespectful actitud. Every time I ask for something, they seemed annoyed instead of willing to help.Additionally I noticed they made fun of the guest, making inappropriate comments and being disrespectful.I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

How is this place still open with an open investigation still ongoing and after the Tragic circumstances in Oct Where a young man lost his life ! Surely with so many unanswered questions surrounding the events and the disappearance of property this should be considered a crime scene It's completely ridiculous that this place can just carry on trading as if nothing happened ! I personally would not wish to stay there

They’ll bring you anything you wish, even in a Dove soap box. They have great taste, too, since they’re fans of Rolex watches. Maybe the hotel could consider paying them more, so they don’t have to sell photos to TMZ for extra cash. Just a suggestion.

Do not stay here. You cannot count on them to keep you or your loved ones safe, they will not call the police on time. If they had Liam Payne would still be alive. I wouldn’t in a million years consider staying at this hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone. They won’t call the ambulance in time, they’ll pretend they can’t help you because they can’t find they’re key that gets into every one of the rooms, when needed, they will stage a room and then post it to social media, also they’re security cameras seem to be faulty, I wouldn’t trust that. Please don’t stay here. Horrible service and dishonest
