Reviews of DoubleTree by Hilton Buenos Aires

The hotel's location is excellent, close to great food, supermarkets, the port, and the airport, making daily life very convenient. However, the overall experience of staying here was quite ordinary. Compared to hotels in China, it's somewhere between a Jinjiang and a Hanting. Hotels in Buenos Aires are generally of lower quality and more expensive, so by comparison, this DoubleTree offers decent value for money.

It was just okay. It's an old place that's been renovated. Everything was acceptable, but not great.

I spent a good amount of money (based on other hotels at this location) for three rooms to stay here. On of my rooms was not ready at the check-in time for hours after, yet I had such a hard time to get a couple of hours extended at checkout for just one room while we waited for our flight. Not to mention, there was a giant crack in the window in one of my rooms; and when my son got ill after eating from your breakfast (which had an ant infestation), we could not get somebody to help when he vomited in the room for over an hour.

Poor reception upon arrival and no effort to accommodate early check in despite request. Only 2 bottles water available for 10 nights stay. No slippers available. Air-conditioning too cold and unable to control.No assistance during checkout for luggage. Definitely better choices for the price as I booked other hotels for my delegates.

Mediocre, won't be returning.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, from the front desk and restaurant to room service. The food and wine were also quite good. It's close to Buenos Aires' famous attractions, taxis are readily available, and most importantly, it's close to the international airport, allowing for more time to explore. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel has a fantastic location, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast is also good, and the pool area is great for taking photos. Try to choose a higher floor for quieter surroundings, bring a travel adapter, and use an international credit card to save on taxes. The only downside was the late check-in time; the booking stated 2 PM, but we were actually booked for 3 PM due to the hotel being full, which was a bit disappointing. However, thankfully, Ctrip customer service handled the situation well – kudos!

The room was quite nice, the environment and service were both good, making it suitable for business trips!

I was asleep until 3 AM when the hotel alarm suddenly went off for over a minute, scaring everyone. The hotel front desk offered no explanation. We contacted them through Ctrip and they said there was no alarm. Speechless. The facilities are quite old; the gym is tiny, and the swimming pool and public bath are about the same size. For this price, it's really ridiculous. Breakfast was also very simple and unchanging, always the same. I won't consider staying here again.

The hotel facilities are a bit outdated, but the room size is acceptable. There are convenience stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. The soundproofing is a bit poor, but overall it's alright.

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient transportation, relatively new room facilities, and excellent service!
