A real disaster, very bad attention

First night was a horrible experience, dirty room, with poor ventilation, plus a shower with key problems, plus the shower curtains came apart, dirty bathroom floor. The service pointed them out, we filed a complaint, and the next day they changed us to a better room.

Nice hotel, only the bathroom was a little neglected, but everything else was very good.

The service is good, more on the normal side. The facilities are not enough to have a 4-star category.

I regret staying in that hotel. It made my stay bad. The air and elevators do not work. The hotel owner has to realize that he has to invest in his facilities. Mediocre cleaning service too. Few employees for the hotel
