The Mansion lives up to its name: It is an exquisite, very large vintage home in central Buffalo that has been lovingly remodeled to create a beautiful and enchanting hotel. Apart from the enchanting building and well-appointed rooms, the expertly trained and truly wonderful staff are the stand out feature of The Mansion. They are great: Knowledgeable, generous, courteous, and genuinely helpful. And if that isn't enough, they probably serve one of the best "cooked for you" breakfasts on the planet. Each day, you have a choice of a few different breakfasts. You put in your order, and in a short time you get a beautifully prepared and truly delicious breakfast. This is what staying in a good, old-fashioned hotel is all about!

I was nice - but got little sleep due to many noisy late quests returning from 11 pm to 2 am in morning. Breakfast was very limited n not as explained when we arrived.

The property was warm and inviting as soon as you walked in the doors The warmth of the fireplace and the hospitality of the workers and the drinks available and getting our room ready ahead of our check in time was appreciated this was our first stay and we were very pleased thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We will return

Staff was great! Small touches like the complimentary evening drinks, robes and made to order breakfast were nice. However, the "supreme" room I paid for left me underwhelmed. No curtains, no artwork on the walls... Please note there is no mini fridge or microwave in rooms.

This is a beautiful hotel with kind and attentive staff. Thoughtful amenities. Would recommend to anyone staying in Buffalo- location is also very convenient to local restaurants and Key Bank Center.

What a fabulous hotel! We stayed in a queen suite with fireplace (gas) andbit couldn't have been more comfortable, relaxing and romantic. Staff was friendly, competent and engaging. I wish had stayed more than one night.

This was our second time staying at the Mansion this year. Our first trip in October was great and just as expected our second trip was AMAZING!! The people are friendly. The atmosphere is great. The butlers are so friendly and really made it a joy staying there. From the welcome back and simply asking what your plans are for the day, they make you feel like you’re more than just a guest. They make you feel like you are at home… I can’t remember everyone’s names, but Danny and Lucas always made sure we were taken care of….
