Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel and Conference Center

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent — right in the heart of downtown Buffalo, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting to many of the main attractions on foot. It was the perfect base for my visit. What really stood out, though, was the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their helpful attitude made the whole stay feel relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, with an impressive lobby and comfortable public areas. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated having everything I needed right there in the hotel. The Starbucks in the lobby was also a very convenient bonus. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The combination of a fantastic central location, comfortable accommodation and genuinely friendly staff made this a memorable visit to Buffalo. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly front desk staff and cleaning staff. Good location taking NY bar exam. Easy to call uber. Quite some cafe / restaurants nearby to choose and it’s convenient to have a Starbucks downstairs. Bed is cozy.

The woman whot checked us in was very kind & very informative. My wife asked a few questions regarding inside and the outside of the hotel, she was able to provide direct answers to each question. Only negative about the hotel was bed size, full size mattress for a family of 4 is very small. There wasn't an option for a double bed with bigger beds. Also no hot tub. Even though it's not a necessity, it would have been enjoyable as adults. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Clean. And we got a great night rest

Hotel has seen better days - is a bit beat up, but it was a decent stay; quiet; right downtown; service was great. If you can get a deal, I think it’s a reasonable contender.

The location is nice, in the heart of Buffalo and a short drive to Niagara Falls. The ice machine was broken when we were there.

All of the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Right in the heart of downtown buffalo and only a 8 minute walk from sheas theatre and town ballroom! I plan on returning
