Reviews of The Westin Buffalo

This hotel in Buffalo is quite good. The room is spacious enough, the bed is large, and all the basic amenities are provided. Just remember to ask the hotel for a toothbrush and toothpaste if you need them. There are no major issues. However, they give you a breakfast voucher for $15 per person, which is basically not enough. The cheapest set meal is $13, and with tax, it will definitely go over. This part is a bit strange. Some minor details are also a bit off, like the shower door not closing properly, causing water to splash out.

The room was nice, but the breakfast was a rip-off. It cost 800 bucks more per night than the room without breakfast, but it was not a buffet breakfast at all. It was a $15 voucher for purchasing food at a restaurant that was much higher than the market price. After choosing, you had to pay tax, and after paying the tax, the waiter would ask for a tip (and the attitude of the restaurant waiter was not very good, much worse than the hotel front desk). It was terrible.
