Located in the old town of Bukhara, it was a convenient location for sightseeing. Also, everyone at the front desk was very kind and the room was very comfortable.

It is convenient to walk around the ancient city, and the environment is elegant and unique. The waiters are friendly and the breakfast is good. We like it very much here, all kinds of people get along well with each other, it’s great!

Loveliest hotel ever! So nice place sto stay in Bukhara. Rooms are big, bathrooms are well equipped with toiletries. Very close to everything you will want to visit. Nice breakfast. Lovely patio! I strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bukhara

I enjoyed with my stay. The Hotel was very nice. Rooms are clean and the Breakfast was wonderful. Very close to the main square. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I wish I'll come back definitely to this hotel next time. Highly recommend this place

I just love this family-run boutique hotel. Have stayed with them every few years for a long time. Their central location is a great plus. Since my last visit in 2018, they have expanded significantly into the neighboring building, adding more traditionally decorated rooms. Their large breakfast room has lots of handicrafts to buy decorating the walls. And they have more items to sell in a basement room as well. They can connect guests with their other family businesses of a travel agency (especially necessary for train tickets), textile shop, and the best rooftop restaurant in Bukhara!

Stayed in the madrassa rooms. Amazed by how effective the air conditioning and the hot water pressure was. Nice peaceful sleep. Had booked for the other side in one of the traditional rooms but the suite/deluxe room had very noisy air conditioning and big windows with lots of light coming through. Breakfast was unimpressive and preferred to eat out. The female manager runs it well and was very helpful with transfers to the station etc. Speaking to others who had used tour companies from the UK they wished they had stayed here.

This hotel has a beautiful breakfast room and a peacefull court with traditional sofà. The shower was the best we have found compared with other hotel of the same category. Room was very clean. Breakfast buffet was rich of high quality products. Beside the structure, the manager Ms. Nargiza and all the staff are very professional. I would like to thanks all of them for their kindness. Overall, the hotel is amazing and the service is of high quality.

From the moment you enter this gem of a hotel you are made to feel welcome by Nargiza, Bakka and ALL the team who work there. It is evident that they are very proud of their establishment AND they have good reason to be so proud. The two adjoining halves of the hotel have their own unique style. We were in the former madrassa rooms which surround a tranquil courtyard. My room was well designed and had modern plumbing. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable.. The breakfast is presented as a copious buffet with lots of choice. Of the three hotels we stayed in during our stay in Uzbekistan, this was by far and away the best! The position of the hotel is ideal; it is only a short walk away from the historical centre. My one regret is that we did not stay longer. However, I am sure I will be back.

The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.
Shower water pressure is great
Staffs are very friendly and speak very good English, helped us arranged a city tour and transfer
The hotel is situated in a safe neighbourhood close to lyabi square. We felt very safe walking at night.
We would highly recommend this place.
